Acest principiu este reglementat \u00een legisla\u0163ia adoptat\u0103 la nivelul UE \u015fi integrat de Statele Membre \u00een cadrul normativ na\u0163ional.<\/p>\n<p>Legisla\u0163ia privind egalitatea de \u015fanse \u015fi de tratament pentru femei \u015fi b\u0103rba\u0163i s-a dezvoltat foarte mult \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu anul 1970, alc\u0103tuind, \u00een prezent, un cadru normativ coerent, cu un rol foarte important \u00een promovarea cre\u015fterii particip\u0103rii egale a femeilor \u015fi b\u0103rba\u0163ilor \u00een economiile \u015fi societ\u0103\u0163ile Europei.
