Un program de stagiatur\u0103 bine pus la punct\u00a0 \u00eel va \u00eenzestra pe practicant cu no\u0163iuni\u00a0 \u015fi cuno\u015ftin\u0163e bogate, fiind la fel necesar ca \u015fi con\u0163inuturile teoretice deprinse anterior. Stagiile reprezint\u0103 un proces de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are fundamental pentru un viitor profesionist care dore\u015fte s\u0103 \u00eenfrunte provoc\u0103rile ce pot ap\u0103rea\u00a0 \u00een drumul s\u0103u de carier\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a facilita procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare al practicantului este important ca acesta s\u0103-\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oare activitatea \u00eentr-un mediu profesionist, \u00een apropierea persoanei responsabile de tutoratul practicii, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 poat\u0103 avea loc o interac\u021biune mai ampl\u0103 \u00eentre cei doi, facilit\u00e2nd comunicarea \u0219i feedback-ul constant din partea cuiva cu mult\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103. Astfel, se ajunge la atingerea obiectivelor practicii. Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 tutorele de practic\u0103 de\u0163ine destul de multe cuno\u015ftin\u0163e despre domeniul de lucru \u0219i poate r\u0103spunde tuturor \u00eentreb\u0103rilor legate de sarcinile trasate \u0219i procesele organiza\u021bionale, el joac\u0103 un rol esen\u021bial \u00een acest proces de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are \u0219i, din acest motiv, trebuie s\u0103 fie un model pozitiv, capabil s\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103 elevul pe perioada practicii, ajut\u00e2ndu-l \u00een stabilirea planului de carier\u0103. \u00cen plus, fa\u021b\u0103 de bagajul tehnic, tutorele trebuie s\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103 elevul \u00een dezvoltarea unor abilit\u0103\u021bi individuale \u0219i personale, precum \u0219i a unor competen\u021be din care nu trebuie s\u0103 lipseasc\u0103 dezvoltarea unei atitudini pozitive fa\u0163\u0103 de munc\u0103 sau abilitatea de a rezolva probleme, de a lucra \u00een echip\u0103 \u015fi a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba cum s\u0103 devii mai productiv. Tutorele ar trebui s\u0103 dezvolte, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu compania, o program\u0103 pentru practic\u0103 cu un plan de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. \u00cenainte de \u00eenceperea practicii, elevul \u0219i tutorele ar trebui s\u0103 parcurg\u0103 aceea\u0219i program\u0103 pentru a evalua a\u0219tept\u0103rile am\u00e2ndurora \u0219i a evita schimbarea planului de practic\u0103 \u00een timpul acesteia. \u0218i dac\u0103, din diferite motive, survine vreo schimbare \u00een planul de practic\u0103, este important ca aceast\u0103 schimbare s\u0103 fie \u00een beneficiul practicantului. Existen\u021ba ini\u021bial\u0103 a unui set de obiective \u0219i responsabilit\u0103\u021bi bine definite conduce la o mai mare concentrare asupra \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este recomandabil ca \u00een timpul primei \u00eent\u00e2lniri, tutorele s\u0103 ghideze practicantul \u00een cadrul companiei \u0219i a politicii acesteia, furniz\u00e2nd informa\u021bii importante:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u00a0Manualul de proceduri \u0219i politica companiei;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; O scurt\u0103 prezentare a istoricului companiei \u0219i a modului cum aceasta a luat fiin\u021b\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Misiunea, viziunea, valorile \u0219i serviciile \/ produsele;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Obiectivele sau punctul de interes prezent al organiza\u021biei;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Descrierea postului de practic\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Programul de lucru (c\u00e2nd \u00eencepe, c\u00e2nd se termin\u0103, pauze);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Email, internet \u0219i telefon (sistem \u0219i reguli de utilizare);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Telefon mobil \u0219i politica de trimitere a mesajelor;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Politica privind Facebook, Twitter \u0219i alte mijloace media de socializare;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Confiden\u021bialitate;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Probleme de securitate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este de asemenea important ca la \u00eenceput, dup\u0103 prima \u00eent\u00e2lnire, tutorele s\u0103 conduc\u0103 cursantul \u00eentr-o vizit\u0103\/tur al companiei, prezent\u00e2ndu-i tot personalul cheie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sf\u00e2r\u0219itul programului de practic\u0103 tutorele ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 o \u00eent\u00e2lnire de evaluare cu elevul, care s\u0103 se axeze pe trei obiective majore:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1) consolidarea obiectivelor \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii \u0219i de evaluare a procesului de practic\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2) \u00eentocmirea unui set de informa\u021bii care s\u0103 permit\u0103 companiei s\u0103 intensifice \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 procesul de formare;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3) analizarea planului de carier\u0103 al elevului pe termen scurt \u0219i mediu (reflec\u021bie asupra oportunit\u0103\u021bilor de o angajare viitoare).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ca urmare a acestei \u00eent\u00e2lniri ar trebui s\u0103 fie \u00eentocmite unele din urm\u0103toarele instrumente de evaluare \u0219i validare a experien\u021bei:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Un raport al practicii care s\u0103 documenteze experien\u021ba de practic\u0103 (acest document poate fi \u00eenaintat de c\u0103tre practicant tutorelui \u00eenainte de \u00eent\u00e2lnire, permi\u021b\u00e2ndu-i celui din urm\u0103 s\u0103-l foloseasc\u0103 ca punct de pornire al discu\u021biei \u0219i reflec\u021biei asupra experien\u021bei de lucru);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Certificat de practic\u0103, care s\u0103 cuprind\u0103 informa\u021bii despre obiectivele stagiului de practic\u0103, sarcinile \u00eendeplinite \u0219i num\u0103rul de ore de practic\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Document de evaluare a performan\u021bei \u00eentocmit de c\u0103tre tutore (este important ca aceast\u0103 evaluare s\u0103 fie f\u0103cut\u0103 pe baza abilit\u0103\u021bilor tehnice dezvoltate, precum \u0219i pe baza abilit\u0103\u021bilor organiza\u021bionale demonstrate de c\u0103tre practicant);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi viitoarele stagii \u0219i experien\u021b\u0103 de practic\u0103 este important ca tutorele s\u0103 poat\u0103 aduna o gam\u0103 de informa\u021bii:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u00a0Ce poate fi f\u0103cut pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi programul de practic\u0103 al organiza\u021biei?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u00a0Care au fost sarcinile \u0219i proiectele relevante pentru practicant?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u00a0\u00cen\u021belegerea de c\u0103tre practicant a obiectivelor practicii \u0219i a rolului acestora \u00een organiza\u021bie;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u00a0Rela\u021bia cu tutorele \u0219i capacitatea acestuia de a r\u0103spunde nevoilor practicantului;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u00a0Ce fel de sarcini au fost executate cu pl\u0103cere de c\u0103tre practicant \u0219i care nu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tutorele va trebui s\u0103 le ofere stagiarilor condi\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are care s\u0103 le permit\u0103 \u00eendeplinirea constant\u0103 a Planului Inidividual de Activitate \u015fi, drept urmare, a competen\u0163elor ce se doresc a fi ob\u0163inute, av\u00e2nd la baz\u0103 urm\u0103toarele aspecte:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Planificarea realiz\u0103rii activit\u0103\u0163ilor \u00eentr-un mod progresiv din punctul de vedere al dificult\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi coroborarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor practicantului cu obiectivul de a dep\u0103\u015fi eventualele dificult\u0103\u0163i \u00eent\u00e2lnite;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cendeplinirea tuturor cerin\u0163elor unei activit\u0103\u0163i pentru a permite achizi\u0163ionarea \u015fi dezvoltarea competen\u0163elor vizate;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Realizarea activit\u0103\u0163ilor \u00een diferite situa\u0163ii de lucru pentru a se confirma achizi\u0163ia \u015fi dezvoltarea competen\u0163elor transferabile;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Realizarea de activit\u0103\u0163i legate de profesie, c\u0103rora li se recunoa\u015fte utilitatea practic\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrarea \u015fi justificarea\u00a0 diferitelor etape de realizare a unor activit\u0103\u0163i determinate;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Comunicarea dintre tutore \u015fi elev, dup\u0103 \u015fi \u00een timpul realiz\u0103rii activit\u0103\u0163ii, asupra procedeelor \u015fi instrumentelor utilizate \u015fi condi\u0163iilor adecvate pentru realizarea acestora \u00een alte contexte de lucru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Stimularea practicantului de a adresa \u00eentreb\u0103ri despre eventualele nel\u0103muriri ce pot ap\u0103rea pe parcursul programului de stagiatur\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Facilitarea interrela\u0163ion\u0103rii personale;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promovarea unei culturi riguroase \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte practica \u015fi utilizarea terminologiei tehnice;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promovarea unei practici orientate care, \u00een mod progresiv, s\u0103 creasc\u0103 autonomia \u015fi responsabilitatea execu\u0163iei diverselor sarcini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0162in\u00e2nd cont c\u0103 evaluarea trebuie s\u0103 fie \u00eendreptat\u0103 c\u0103tre verificarea cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor \u015fi competen\u0163elor achizi\u0163ionate de c\u0103tre practicant de-alungul form\u0103rii, criteriile de evaluare formativ\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 se grupeze \u00een diferite domenii:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Achizi\u0163ionarea de cuno\u015ftin\u0163e, dezvoltarea profesional\u0103 \u015fi transferul cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor c\u0103tre noi situa\u0163ii:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cuno\u015ftin\u0163e \u015fi competen\u0163e profesionale demonstrate<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Calitatea \u015fi organizarea muncii<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">iii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ritm de munc\u0103 \u015fi talent profesional<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">iv)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Autonomie, ini\u0163iativ\u0103 \u015fi creativitate<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">v)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Aplicarea regulilor de igien\u0103 \u015fi siguran\u0163\u0103<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Rela\u0163ionar:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lucrul \u00een echip\u0103 \u015fi
